Shannon Byrdic Anderson joined Bluestein and Douglas as an associate in 2010. Shannon grew up in Conway, South Carolina, then attended the University of South Carolina, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1995. She worked at the Institute of Psychiatry and Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs at MUSC from 1998 until 2004. She received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mrs. Anderson was the Research Editor of the Charleston Law Review.
Mrs. Anderson practices in Family Court, where issues for litigation include separation and divorce, custody, child support, and contempt of court. Mrs. Anderson has been married for ten years, and has three children.
